J113B type 250kN Horizontal type cold chamber die casting machine
Specifications:
J113B is widely used for processing minitype colored alloy die-casting parts from aluminm, zinc and cooper for aviation, watercraft, automobile, electronics, instruments, petrochemical and household hardware industry.  Electrics control, hydraulic drive, locking process is tensile. operation safety, 2-step injection system that is fast and slow speed can be separately adjusted.

There are two kinds of driving methods as manual and semi-auto.

Traits of cold chamber die-casting machine:
1. Multi-stage pressure and speed control to mode-locked opening, it is equipped with low pressure locking protection function.
2. Hydraulic driver gear die regulating device.
3. Central electric lubrication system.
4. Rapid hydraulic ejecting device and core puller.
5. Three-section pressure and speed control shot. Piston type two-speed and supercharging & power accumulator.
